Cocca's Pizza

Ingredients for the food was fresh, everything tasted homemade and delicious. I highly recommend Cocca's Pizza to others, and prices are reasonable. Staff treated us exceptionally well; me and my guests felt welcomed and appreciated. They have a mini arcade area for entertainment, so you can play as you wait for your food, and for the children they have a tiny playground inside as well; which my son was highly entertained with.

I was charge a fee to use my Debit card. This is illegal in Ohio I’ve got quite the history and knowledge with this. They may charge a fee for a credit card if they forward a person. But a debit card is no diff than cash. U can not charge a fee to use debit. I’ve heard the machine did it not us. But I am a small business owner as well. When you get the system set up the owner chooses what the fee is going to be if any. If the machine can not differentiate the diff type of cards there should be no fee at all and a sign that says credit card fee! And the cashier adds a surcharge of sorts to credit card payments but under no circumstances ever can you charge a fee to use debit. I had already paid by the time I noticed it. But I will try the manager first to see if we can sort this out if not better business bureau or seeking council for 2 bucks. I’ve already won a similar case the business had to pay the lawyer fees the court cost and my 3 dollars back. End up costing them 1300 bucks when they could have gave me my 3 bucks back and fixed there machine. Hopefully this does not go that far. But I am tired of being taken advantage of!!!

I haven’t ordered from here for a really long time because the food has been so bad. I grew up on this pizza. In fact, i went to school with Steve back in the day. Unfortunately, it is no longer, but it used to be. Not only isn’t overpriced usually undercooked when you order extra cheese, you don’t get it. I will not be ordering from this place ever again. Your food sucks and you charge for stuff you don’t give.

A little confusing first walking in as it is self seating. The food was okay, but the service was great. I can appreciate a bartender who not only works the bar but also takes tables. I cannot remember his name for the life of me, but he was one of the best servers we've had in a long time. He didn't stand around with idle chit chat, gave recommendations on food and drinks, and pre-bussed the table down to drinks. Atmosphere felt a little like a low budget Chucky cheese. They tried; a few arcade games, what looked like a mini indoor playground for smaller kids. It's cute, definitely not what I was expecting though. Extremely clean; tables were spotless that weren't sat in, floors clear of any debris. Amazing since it did have a more kid friendly direction it felt like, and most kid friendly places I've been into were usually trashed in one area or another from irresponsible parents not keeping an eye on kids.

Cocoa's is the Best pizza in town! Their sauce is Italian! Great atmosphere! The owner is Amazing! 8/22/26 Visited the Boardman location this evening. My order was exactly like I ordered it! Everyone was so friendly from the girl who answered the phone, to the manager who helped me add on to my order, to the guy who offered to take my pizza to the car. I was worried if I could carry it to the car, I didn't even have to ask! I appreciate all of you! Thank you so much!
